People are provided with contradicting maps. Pärnu did not plan windmills at all. It’s against the long term plan that we discuss now.

Kaur Lass was the Häädemeeste invited speaker paid by Estonian Energy and according his own website specialized in Brainwashing. (https://www.linkedin.com/company/wellnessorbit). He is partial and told that Pärnu plan does not include enough windmills!! That’s not a neutral community speaker.
